Shipping and Returns : Damages must be reported within 14 days of receiving the shipment for an authorization number and to arrange replacement or credit. Unwanted or undamaged returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and a 20% restocking fee + freight will be charged. Original packaging must accompany returns. Please contact us if you would like to return an item.
Unauthorized returns will be refused at our docks and returned to sender. Returned merchandise will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and freight charges both ways.

**Please note, this is curbside delivery only and the freight company will not move the shipment. If additional assistance is needed to move your order to another location, please take this into consideration and make the necessary arrangements prior to or once delivery has been scheduled.**

Shipping Costs in the US: Remii.com does not charge for shipping on items when shipped to a US location, except for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and San Juan Islands, WA. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, San Juan Island, WA are not eligible for Free Shipping and the customer is responsible for freight to these states from our Seatac, WA, warehouse. FOB Seatac warehouse.

Exceptions: In British Columbia, free shipping will not apply to orders over 100 km north and west of Prince George's. In Alberta, free shipping will not apply to orders over 100 km north of Edmonton. In Saskatchewan, free shipping will not apply to orders over 100km north of Saskatoon. In Manitoba, free shipping will not apply to orders over 100km north of Winnipeg. In Ontario, free shipping will not apply to orders north of Hwy 11 or 17. In Quebec, free shipping will not apply to orders north of Saguenay. In the Atlantic Provinces, free shipping will not apply to Labrador.

How will my order ship? We use a courier for smaller shipments and larger item shipments go freight carrier. We reserve the right to choose which freight carrier moves your shipment.
All shipments, unless specifically denoted, are curb-side shipments. All shipments are shipped via freight carrier, will require a signature at the time of delivery. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, Remii.com cannot be held responsible for damages that may occur during delivery.
When your order ships, you will be notified via email. Orders are shipped between 3-10 business days. A tracking number for your shipment will be sent to you via email. We encourage you to track your package online or by phone with the carrier.

All shipments should be inspected as soon as possible upon delivery in accordance with our policy. It is recommended that you inspect for visible defects and damage. If you require additional time to inspect your shipment, we recommend signing the carrier waybill – Damaged & subject to inspection.
